House "Klasika" with a living area of 103m² and 3 bedrooms
We offer a factory package for the construction of the house shown in the pictures. The wall height is 3.0 meters, allowing for living in a house with high ceilings. The project's thoughtful layout ensures daylight in the living room throughout the day thanks to windows placed on three walls of the room.
The package price includes:
- 222mm EPS80 Neopor SIP panels for external walls;
- Insulated connection elements for 222mm panels;
- 195x45 timber cut to project specifications for wall assembly;
- Screws, connectors, and anchor screws for panel assembly;
- Bituminous horizontal foundation waterproofing;
- Foam for panel interconnection;
- Polyurethane sealant;
- Assembly instructions;
- Technical project for building permit and site connection.
Additional available:
- Roof trusses with mounting materials ~3200 EUR
- Insulated slab foundation construction with UKT communications and underfloor heating (additional earthworks as needed) ~15,000 EUR
- Windows and doors according to project ~4500 EUR
- Roof purlins and cross purlins with 350mm spacing ~650 EUR
- Metal roofing (Metal tile profile) with drainage system ~2800 EUR

This project can be viewed in person in Salaspils, Latvia.
By replacing NEOPOR insulation with CLASSIC EPS, it is possible to reduce the price by approximately €370.
There is an option to change the wall thickness to a thinner or thicker one if you wish to achieve higher or lower energy efficiency ratings.
When selecting the respective roof covering set, you will receive all the necessary materials for installing the roof on the trusses:
- Diffusion membrane;
- Batten 25x50;
- Batten 25x100;
- Roof covering with all the necessary fixing elements;
- 2 ventilation chimneys D125 (for the WC and kitchen extract);
- Rainwater drainage system set (for the Dakstiņ profile – with a cantilever system, for the Klasika klik roof covering – with a round drainage system).
