Terms and Conditions

According to the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the owner of an online store must specify the delivery and return terms, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such terms are referred to as the distance contract (Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers).

Distance Contract

In this online store, the seller of the goods, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, enter into the following Contract: The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.

Delivery and Payment Terms

The Buyer places an order for goods through this website by specifying the type and quantity of the goods ordered. The Buyer has the option to pay for the goods using the payment tools integrated into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by email. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. The Seller will ensure delivery of the goods within 20 days from receiving payment for the goods, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods by sending a notice of withdrawal to the Seller. The Seller will send the withdrawal form to the Buyer by email upon the Buyer's request.

The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal notice. All expenses related to returning the goods to the Seller are borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • The goods ordered cannot be returned due to their nature, or they are perishable or quickly consumed;
  • The goods ordered are made specifically for the Buyer according to an individual order;
  • The Buyer has unsealed audio recordings, video recordings, or computer software packaging.

According to Section 6 of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period." The Seller reserves the right to refuse to allow the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold compensation if the goods are damaged, improperly handled during use, if the instructions are not followed, if the original packaging of the goods is lost, or if the packaging is significantly damaged.

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that their provided data will be used by the Seller to process the Buyer's order and to deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of Latvian legislation. By entering information, the Buyer agrees to receive notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order at the provided email address.
